REEL TEMPLE – MEMBERSHIP & LICENSING TERMS

These Terms apply to purchases and memberships offered through Reel Temple, including Individual Collections, Temple Keeper Memberships and any custom content services where applicable.

By purchasing or accessing Reel Temple content, you agree to these Terms.

1. TYPES OF ACCESS

Individual Collections

Individual Collections are purchased with a one-time payment.

Your purchase gives you lifetime access to the specific collection you purchased through your private Reel Temple account.

There is no recurring membership or subscription attached to an Individual Collection.

Temple Keeper Membership

Temple Keeper is an annual membership that provides access to the full Reel Temple Library while your membership is active.

The Library includes the available Reel Temple content at the time of access, with new content added throughout the year.

Temple Keeper access is personal to the purchaser and may not be shared with another person.

2. LICENSING AND PERMITTED USE

Reel Temple content is licensed to you for use in connection with your own personal brand, business, creative practice and marketing.

You may use downloaded content for:

• Social media
• Websites
• Email marketing
• Advertising and promotional content
• Digital marketing materials
• Personal creative projects
• Business marketing and promotional materials

The licence allows you to incorporate Reel Temple content into your own finished creative and promotional work.

You do not purchase ownership or copyright of the original Reel Temple content.

Your licence applies to content you have legitimately downloaded through your Reel Temple purchase or active membership.

3. PROHIBITED USE

You may not:

• Resell Reel Temple content as standalone files
• Upload Reel Temple content to another stock library or marketplace
• Redistribute or share the original files with other people
• Give your account access to another person
• Sublicense or transfer the original content
• Use Reel Temple content to create or operate a competing stock library
• Make the original files available for download by your own customers, audience or community
• Claim ownership or copyright of the original Reel Temple content

Reel Temple content must remain part of your own finished creative or marketing work and must not be offered as a replacement for the original stock files.

4. CLIENT AND THIRD PARTY USE

Individual Collection and Temple Keeper licences are intended for your own personal or business use.

If you are creating content specifically for a client or third party, you are responsible for ensuring that your intended use is covered by the licence associated with your purchase.

Reel Temple content may not be transferred to a client or third party as standalone stock content.

Where a separate commercial or extended licence is offered, the specific terms of that licence will apply.

5. INDIVIDUAL COLLECTIONS

Individual Collections are purchased with a one-time payment.

Your purchase provides:

• Lifetime access to the specific collection purchased
• The ability to download the content included in that collection
• Personal and business marketing use under these Terms
• No ongoing membership requirement

Lifetime access means access to the purchased collection remains available through your Reel Temple account, subject to the continued operation of the Reel Temple platform.

Lifetime access does not mean ownership of the content or copyright.

Individual Collections do not automatically renew and there are no ongoing membership payments associated with the purchase.

6. TEMPLE KEEPER MEMBERSHIP

Temple Keeper is an annual membership providing access to the full Reel Temple Library.

While your membership is active, you can:

• Browse the full Library
• Download available Reel Temple content
• Access new content added during your membership
• Use downloaded content under the licence outlined in these Terms

Membership access is provided for the duration of your active membership.

Temple Keeper is an access membership and does not transfer ownership or copyright of Reel Temple content.

7. WHEN TEMPLE KEEPER MEMBERSHIP ENDS

When your Temple Keeper Membership expires or is cancelled:

• Your access to the Reel Temple Library ends.
• You can no longer browse or download content from the Library.
• Content you downloaded while your membership was active remains yours to use under the licence outlined above.
• You do not need an active membership to continue using content you have already downloaded.

8. BULK DOWNLOADING

Reel Temple content is provided for genuine creative and marketing use.

Downloading content solely to create a personal archive, redistribute files or build a competing stock library is not permitted.

Reel Temple may monitor unusual or excessive download activity where necessary to protect the Library and its content.

9. ACCOUNT ACCESS

Your Reel Temple account is personal to you.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and must not share your account with another person.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact Reel Temple.

10. BRAND AND CONTENT INTEGRITY

Reel Temple content must not be used in a way that deliberately misrepresents the original creator, content or context.

You may edit, crop, combine and incorporate Reel Temple content into your own finished creative work.

You may not present the original Reel Temple files as your own stock library or original source material.

11. CUSTOM CONTENT

Custom content created by Reel Temple, including photography, video, reels, stills or other creative assets, is subject to the specific agreement, quotation or licence provided for that project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright and ownership of the original creative work remains with Reel Temple.

Commercial or extended usage rights must be specifically agreed where applicable.

12. NETWORK MARKETING AND THIRD PARTY PROMOTION

Reel Temple content may not be used as part of a scheme where the original files are distributed to members, representatives, affiliates or customers as downloadable stock content.

You may use the content in your own marketing materials, provided the original files are not distributed or made available for download.

13. COPYRIGHT

All Reel Temple content remains the intellectual property of Reel Temple and/or the original creator or rights holder.

Purchasing or accessing content does not transfer copyright or ownership.

You receive a licence to use the content in accordance with these Terms.

14. BREACH OF TERMS

If Reel Temple becomes aware of misuse, unauthorised sharing, redistribution or other serious breach of these Terms, access to the relevant content or account may be suspended or terminated.

Where appropriate, Reel Temple may request that unauthorised copies or uses of its content be removed.

15. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable Australian consumer law.

Where a product or service does not meet the guarantees required by law, your legal rights continue to apply.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Reel Temple may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Library, services, products or legal requirements.

The Terms applying to your purchase or membership will be available through Reel Temple at the time of purchase.

17. ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing an Individual Collection, joining Temple Keeper or engaging Reel Temple for custom content, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

REEL TEMPLE STUDIO - CUSTOM CONTENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By commissioning content creation services from Reel Temple, including custom video or image content, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding under Australian law and help protect both your rights and ours.

1. Scope of Services

Custom content services include the design, creation, and delivery of media assets (videos, images, graphics, templates, or other digital content) as agreed upon at the time of the order. Content may include authentic (photography / filmed) material, AI-generated material, or a combination.

The agreed scope will be defined in your order confirmation, including deliverables, timelines, and usage rights.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All intellectual property and copyright in the created content remains the property of Reel Temple unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Clients are granted a limited licence to use the content for the purposes outlined in their order, which may include:

  • Personal or business marketing

  • Social media posts

  • Websites and promotional materials

  • Client projects (if a commercial licence is purchased)

Clients may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share raw files or content with third parties unless specifically agreed in a commercial licence.

3. Custom Content Use Rights

  • Personal / Non-Commercial Use: The client may use the content for their own brand, social media, website, or marketing purposes.

  • Commercial Use: Requires an explicit commercial licence (e.g., Temple Guardian membership). This permits client work, product creation, or paid programs as outlined in the order.

  • No Sublicensing / Redistribution: Unless agreed, content may not be repurposed, resold, or shared beyond the licensed scope.

4. AI-Generated Content

  • AI-generated content is treated with the same rights, restrictions, and protections as authentic content.

  • The client acknowledges that AI-based content may not achieve the same photorealistic or creative fidelity as purely authentic media.

  • Use of AI content is limited to the licence granted at the time of commissioning.

5. Payment & Refunds

  • Full or partial payment terms will be agreed upon in your order.

  • Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been received, or a deposit is made, where applicable.

  • Custom content is non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Delivery & Revisions

  • Delivery timelines will be provided in the order confirmation.

  • Orders may include a set number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees as outlined at the time of order.

  • The client is responsible for providing clear instructions, feedback, and approval in a timely manner. Delays may affect delivery timelines.

7. Limitations of Liability

Reel Temple is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of the content. The client is responsible for ensuring the content is used in compliance with all laws, regulations, and platform policies.

8. Termination

Reel Temple reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases where requests:

  • Are unlawful or unsafe

  • Infringe the rights of others

  • Are deemed inappropriate or misaligned with Reel Temple’s brand values

9. Agreement to Terms

By commissioning custom content, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
