REEL TEMPLE – MEMBERSHIP & LICENSING TERMS

Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using the Reel Temple Stock Library, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms are legally binding. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access, subject to applicable consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.

1. Permitted Use

  • Downloads from the TEMPLE KEEPER membership portals are intended for the use of the individual subscriber only.

  • Content may be used in accordance with the scope of the licence purchased, including personal, business marketing, or commercial use, as outlined below.

  • A TEMPLE GUARDIAN Commercial Membership permits use of content for client work, websites, advertising, products, and other professional purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Prohibited Use

Under no circumstances may Reel Temple content, including images, videos, templates, presets, or design assets, be:

  • Uploaded, listed, or redistributed on any other stock platform, marketplace, or similar service, whether free or paid.

  • Resold, sublicensed, or repackaged as part of another stock, template, or asset offering
    Shared with individuals who are not paid members, including through login sharing, file transfer, or group access

  • Templates, presets, and design resources may not be resold in their original form. Where a TEMPLE GUARDIAN Commercial Membership is held, assets may be modified and incorporated into client work, but must not be redistributed or resold as standalone assets.

  • Prints or physical reproductions may not be sold without prior written approval from Reel Temple.

3. Network Marketing and Direct Selling

  • Where Reel Temple content is used by members of network marketing, direct selling, or MLM organisations, use is limited to individual or team-level promotion only.

  • Organisation-wide, downline-wide, or multi-team distribution is not permitted.

  • Each individual user must hold their own active membership or licence.

4. Membership Cancellation and Termination

  • If a membership is cancelled or expires, rights to future use of Reel Temple content end.

  • Content created while a membership was active may remain live, including social media posts, website imagery, and marketing materials already published.

  • New use, new creation, or new distribution requires an active membership.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

Reel Temple may reasonably monitor usage of downloaded content and take appropriate action where a breach occurs. This may include:

  • Suspension or revocation of access

  • Termination of membership.

  • Legal action where required.

Any enforcement action will be reasonable and proportionate.

6. Licensing and Commercial Rights

  • Commercial use of Reel Temple content requires an active Temple Guardian Commercial Membership.

  • This licence permits use in client projects, branding, marketing campaigns, products, and paid programs, subject to these Terms.

  • Use outside the scope of the applicable membership constitutes unauthorised use.

7. Brand Integrity

Reel Temple content is curated and licensed exclusively for members. These Terms protect the uniqueness, integrity, and value of the library and the broader Reel Temple ecosystem.

8. Bulk Downloading

Systematic or excessive downloading of content primarily for the purpose of cancelling a membership is not permitted.

Where Reel Temple reasonably determines that this has occurred, access may be suspended or terminated and the membership may be cancelled without refund.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

TEMPLE KEEPER MEMBERSHIP

(For personal and business marketing use)

While Membership Is Active

Unlimited downloads from the Reel Temple content library.
Create content for your own social media, website, marketing materials, and email campaigns.
Use imagery as backgrounds, decorative elements, or within posts and advertisements.

After Membership Ends

✓Content created during an active membership may remain live:

Social media posts may stay published.
Website imagery may remain in place.
Marketing materials already distributed may continue to circulate.
Email campaigns already created may continue to be used.

✗ You may not:

Create new content using previously downloaded imagery.
Download additional content.
Use imagery for new projects or campaigns.

Summary: Existing work may remain live. New creation requires an active membership.

TEMPLE GUARDIAN COMMERCIAL MEMBERSHIP

(Required for income-generating use)

Who Requires a Commercial Membership

Designers, developers, or content creators selling products or templates.
Anyone delivering paid client work incorporating Reel Temple content.
Coaches or consultants creating paid programs or resources.
Businesses supplying materials to teams or groups.
Anyone generating revenue from work that includes Reel Temple imagery.

While Membership Is Active

Access to all Temple Keeper benefits.
Full commercial usage rights.
Create unlimited client work, products, and paid materials.

After Membership Ends

Commercial use must cease within a reasonable period:

Products for sale must be removed.
Client deliverables must be withdrawn.
Team or group materials must be removed.
Ongoing fulfilment using Reel Temple content must stop.

Ongoing Requirement

A Commercial Membership must remain active for as long as Reel Temple content:

Is used in products for sale.
Remains in client deliverables.
Is distributed to teams or groups.
Generates income in any form.

What You May Never Do

✗ Create prints or physical products for sale without approval.
✗ Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw files.
✗ Share login credentials.
✗ Claim Reel Temple content as your own original work.
✗ Use content in ways that compete with Reel Temple.
✗ Bulk download content with intent to cancel

REEL TEMPLE CUSTOM CONTENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By commissioning content creation services from Reel Temple, including custom video or image content, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding under Australian law and help protect both your rights and ours.

1. Scope of Services

Custom content services include the design, creation, and delivery of media assets (videos, images, graphics, templates, or other digital content) as agreed upon at the time of the order. Content may include authentic (photography / filmed) material, AI-generated material, or a combination.

The agreed scope will be defined in your order confirmation, including deliverables, timelines, and usage rights.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All intellectual property and copyright in the created content remains the property of Reel Temple unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Clients are granted a limited licence to use the content for the purposes outlined in their order, which may include:

  • Personal or business marketing

  • Social media posts

  • Websites and promotional materials

  • Client projects (if a commercial licence is purchased)

Clients may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share raw files or content with third parties unless specifically agreed in a commercial licence.

3. Custom Content Use Rights

  • Personal / Non-Commercial Use: The client may use the content for their own brand, social media, website, or marketing purposes.

  • Commercial Use: Requires an explicit commercial licence (e.g., Temple Guardian membership). This permits client work, product creation, or paid programs as outlined in the order.

  • No Sublicensing / Redistribution: Unless agreed, content may not be repurposed, resold, or shared beyond the licensed scope.

4. AI-Generated Content

  • AI-generated content is treated with the same rights, restrictions, and protections as authentic content.

  • The client acknowledges that AI-based content may not achieve the same photorealistic or creative fidelity as purely authentic media.

  • Use of AI content is limited to the licence granted at the time of commissioning.

5. Payment & Refunds

  • Full or partial payment terms will be agreed upon in your order.

  • Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been received, or a deposit is made, where applicable.

  • Custom content is non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Delivery & Revisions

  • Delivery timelines will be provided in the order confirmation.

  • Orders may include a set number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees as outlined at the time of order.

  • The client is responsible for providing clear instructions, feedback, and approval in a timely manner. Delays may affect delivery timelines.

7. Limitations of Liability

Reel Temple is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of the content. The client is responsible for ensuring the content is used in compliance with all laws, regulations, and platform policies.

8. Termination

Reel Temple reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases where requests:

  • Are unlawful or unsafe

  • Infringe the rights of others

  • Are deemed inappropriate or misaligned with Reel Temple’s brand values

9. Agreement to Terms

By commissioning custom content, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
